William Borgstrom, 66, of Chicago was a licensed flight instructor and commercial pilot.
Witnesses say the plane was about 100 feet into the air after takeoff, when it stalled and the left wing dipped to the ground before nose diving into the east side of the runway at Schaumburg Regional Airpor.
