Plainfield Man Faces Double Murder, Assault Charges In Door County
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Prosecutors in Door County, Wis., say they're preparing homicide charges against a Plainfield man after a pregnant woman was murdered over the weekend.
Investigators say Brian Cooper strangled Alisha Bromfield, also of Plainfield.
Both were in Door County for a wedding.
The district attorney's office says Cooper will also be charged with sexual assault, and with killing Bromfield's unborn child.
