It's when you simply use your eyes to determine if an athlete has taken performance-enhancing drugs.

Well, enter Oakland Raiders offensive tackle Jared Veldheer.

Veldheer has been hitting the weights pretty hard this offseason. In fact, that's probably all he's been doing.

The 6-foot-8, 300-pound 25-year-old had a picture of himself posted on Twitter by strength coach Mark Ehnis showing off his new, cartoon-like muscles.
