Pfleger Concerned Unrest In Ferguson Could Spread If Inequality Not Addressed
(CBS) -- Father Michael Pfleger says he's concerned the violence and unrest seen in Ferguson could spread -- if the U.S. does not address what he calls the growing disparity between the "haves" and the "have-nots."
"What happened in Ferguson could happen in Chicago, it could happen anywhere," Pfleger said. "My anger about Ferguson is that the way that police handled it right afterwards, the cloak of silence about the officer."

If America isn't paying attention to what is going on in Ferguson, Mo., the St. Sabina pastor says it needs to. He says the country just can't ignore the cries of the community and expect there to be peace.
"Let's be real about how bad and how unequal the playing field is in America, so that is why these explosive situations are so possible and so real," he said.
