Person Shot And Killed In Austin
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A person was shot to death Friday morning in the West Side Austin neighborhood, according to Chicago Police.
The male victim, whose age was not immediately known, was shot in the chest and head at 8:41 a.m. in the 600 block of North Long, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Cook County medical examiner's office could not immediately confirm the death.
