Feithen says the person is in custody on charges of obstruction of justice and unlawful possession of a motor vehicle. He says the extradition of this person to Illinois is pending.
Chief Feithen says he expects the person of interest to be extradited in the near future. "We don't think that will take very long," he said.
Chief Feithen says investigators have received 210 leads - and he's asking the public for more help.
"We are especially interested in any information about suspicious subjects and activities, especially fires in Prairie Park between midday Oct. 14 and the morning of Oct. 18."
The spokeswoman for Toni Keller's family, Mary Tarling, tells Newsradio 780: "While it doesn't do anything to bring back what we've lost, it does satisfy our concerns we've had about the safety of anyone else. We don't want any other family to have to go through what we are going through."
Tarling told CBS 2's Pamela Jones that the automobile charge against the person of interest is not related to Toni Keller. The family has her vehicle.
