Patrick Sharp Buys $2.95 Million Mansion In Lakeview
(CBS) Patrick Sharp is living large in Lakeview.
According to Crain's, Sharp bought a 7,300 square-foot mansion in Lakeview earlier this month. The six-bedroom home on Janssen was originally put on the market at $3.9 million in 2009, but sat unsold until Sharp paid $2.95 million for the property.
The corner lot has a staircase spiraling through the middle of the house and includes seven decks and balconies that take up 1,700 square feet outside.
Sharp previously had a bid on a different Lakeview home, but Cubs President of Baseball Operations Theo Epstein bought that property for $3.25 million.
