Over 300 Flights Canceled At Chicago Airports As Ice Storm Approaches
CHICAGO (CBS)-- Chicago airports have canceled over 300 flights amid an ice storm warning.
As of 9:29 p.m. Tuesday, 261 flights have been canceled at O'Hare International Airport, and 74 flights have been canceled at Midway Airport.
Average delays at O'Hare are about 31 minutes and less than 15 minutes at Midway.
An ice storm is expected to move through the Chicago area Tuesday evening, with up to four-tenths of an inch of ice possible.
