Orange, Pink Line Trains Rerouted In Loop On Sunday
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Orange and Pink Line trains will be rerouted Downtown Sunday for structural maintenance work in the Loop.
The trains will operate counterclockwise on the Outer Loop from 4:30 a.m. until 5 p.m., according to the CTA's website. Passengers must board and exit all Orange and Pink Line trains on the Brown Line platform at all Loop stations.
On the Orange Line, the first stop on the Loop will be at Adams/Wabash and the last stop on the Loop will be at the Harold Washington Library-State/Van Buren station, the CTA said.
On the Pink Line, the first stop on the Loop will be at Washington/Wells and the last stop on the Loop will be at the Clark/Lake station.
The CTA is advising passengers to allow extra travel time.
