Injured Chicago Police Officer Carlos Yanez Jr. Gets Hospital Visit From 3-Year-Old Son
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Chicago police officer who was injured in the shooting that killed Officer Ella French had a very special visitor Friday.
Officer Carlos Yanez Jr. got to see his young son who came to the hospital.
Yanez is partially paralyzed and lost an eye. He was shot three times nearly two weeks ago at 63rd and Bell.
Two brothers, Emonte and Eric Morgan, have been charged.
