Off-Duty Police Officer Robbed Of Star, Wallet
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago police are searching for a robber who targeted one of their own.
The robbery happened in the 9700 block of South Wentworth Avenue in the Roseland neighborhood. The officer was off duty at the time.
Police say a man with a gun took the officer's police star and wallet. The officer was not injured.
Further details were not immediately available.
Calumet Area detectives are investigating.
