Obama Thinks It's Time For Kane To Start Growing Playoff Mullet

Friday, the Chicago Blackhawks visited the White House while President Barack Obama wished them luck on another championship. And President Obama thinks they'll do it again.

"I don't want to jinx anything, but after winning eight of their last ten games, I think it might be time for Patrick (Kane) to start growing that playoff mullet again. I thought it was pretty sharp," President Obama said.

The Blackhawks have been looking more like the team they were last season lately. Even with their loss to Tampa Bay Wednesday, the Lightning's coach Guy Boucher congratulated the Hawks saying "There's a big difference between being scared to lose and acting on it and being hungry to win."

Last season, players on the Blackhawks embraced the longstanding tradition of the hockey playoff beard. Patrick Kane rejected the playoff beard in favor of a mullet.
