NWS Issues Flood Warning
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the entire Chicago area and Northwest Indiana.
Up to five inches of rain has fallen in past 24 hours and more rain--up to an inch an hour at times--will fall on Thursday.
