Drive-By Shooting In North Lawndale Leaves 1 Dead, 1 Wounded
CHICAGO (CBS) -- One man was killed and another was wounded in a drive-by shooting Monday morning in the North Lawndale neighborhood.
Police said the victims were outside a home near 19th and Lawndale around 11:40 a.m., when someone in a vehicle opened fire.
A 20-year-old man was shot in the chest, and was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital. A 19-year-old man was shot in the head, and was stabilized at Mount Sinai.
