Man shot and killed in North Lawndale neighborhood in Chicago
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man was shot and killed early Wednesday in the North Lawndale neighborhood.
Police said a 23-year-old man was found in the street after a call of shots fired in the 1100 block of South Francisco Avenue around 12:45 a.m.
The victim was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds, and was later pronounced dead.
No one was in custody Wednesday morning.
Area 4 detectives were investigating.
