None Injured After Boat Catches Fire On Lake Michigan
(STMW) -- No injuries were reported after a fire broke out on a boat in Lake Michigan Sunday afternoon.
Chicago fire and police officials responded to the fire a mile and a half east off shore near 2400 North Lake Shore Drive about 4:50 p.m., police said.
Authorities safely removed two occupants, who were not injured, police said.
Fire authorities had extinguished the fire as of 5:30 p.m.
