Noah Will Play Despite Hand Injury
Derrick Rose isn't the only Bulls' player that will be battling an injury in tonight's game against the Toronto Raptors.
Accoridng to the Chicago Tribune, Joakim Noah has been battling a hand injury over the last few weeks. Noah has been experiencing soreness in the knuckles and tendons in his right hand. He's been taping his knuckles, but has showed no improvement.
Although it appears as if Noah will play tonight, there have been internal discussions about resting him.
If necessary, the Bulls will consider surgery to fix the problem in Noah's hand.
