Noah Returns To Practice, Expects To Play On Tuesday
After missing three games with a sprained right ankle, Chicago Bulls' center Joakim Noah returned to practice on Monday, and expects to play on Tuesday.
"It feels a lot better," Noah told the Tribune's K.C. Johnson. "I've been getting a lot of treatment."
The Bulls won all three games that Noah missed, but would like to have him back in the lineup and 100% healthy when the playoffs start.
"The injury he had happens," head coach Tom Thibodeau said. "He did a good job with his rehab and hopefully he'll be ready to go."
Carlos Boozer missed Monday's practice with an illness, but Thibodeau is "hopeful" that he will be able to play on Tuesday.
The Bulls play the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday, it's one of their six remaining games. The Bulls have a 2.5 game lead over the Miami Heat for the top spot in the Eastern Conference.
