No Slowing Down For Mayor Daley In Final Week
CHICAGO (WBBM) -- Mayor Richard M. Daley seems to be keeping a full schedule, even as he prepares to retire in a matter of days.
As WBBM Newsradio 780 Political Editor Craig Dellimore reports, if you didn't know that Mayor Daley is set to leave office next Monday, you wouldn't be able to glean it by watching him.

The mayor has been heralding economic development projects and holding news conference – and he has even more scheduled.
ComEd president and chief executive officer Frank Clark chaired an advisory panel that has just issued a report on the future of the old Michael Reese Hospital site, and he marvels that the mayor is not letting up.
"Not one iota," Clark said. "I sat in his office, and went over this report with him, and myself and a couple of others. His questions were as intense; his approval or disapproval was always very clear. No letup and no change, and that just has my utmost respect."
Mayor Daley says he just gives 100 percent, and that's just him.
