NFLPA Won't Boycott Scouting Combine
A report surfaced a few weeks ago that the NFL players' union was discussing the idea of boycotting the NFL's Scouting Combine. Today, via the NFLPA's Twitter account, that report was denied.
"Players will be at the combine, NFLPA spokesman George Atallah said on Twitter. "Young men have an opportunity of a lifetime. They are not locked out...yet."
The Scouting Combine goes from February 24th to March 1st and take place in Indianapolis' Lucas Oil Stadium.
The NFL Draft will take place April 28-30.
