Naperville Woman To Be Sentenced For Third DUI
NAPERVILLE, Ill. (WBBM) -- A 21-year-old Naperville woman faces a potential prison sentence after being caught driving drunk for at least the third time, and with a revoked or suspended license.
As WBBM Newsradio 780's Dave Marsett reports, Aileen Beernink was jailed on $5,000 cash bond. She is to stand trial on charges of driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI for the third time, driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, and driving without insurance.

Beernink was arrested after being stopped for driving with her lights out in the middle of the night.
According to court records, Beernink is also the defendant in a civil lawsuit filed in August accusing her damaging a man's vehicle during an accident.
