Murray: Hawks Look To Rebound On Circus Trip
(WSCR) The start of their annual circus road trip hasn't been pretty.
The Blackhawks are 1-2 through the first three games of the trip, including two straight losses where the team gave up a combined 14 goals.
"It wasn't good in all aspects," Blackhawks radio analyst Troy Murray told The McNeil and Spiegel Show."Nobody is happy about it. Jonathan Toews talked about it -- just no explanation for what happened in those two games. You can kind of maybe understand what happened in the Calgary game, playing such a real good, solid game against the Canucks to start the road trip. Then maybe (we weren't) mentally prepared to play that Calgary game. The response in that game against the Oilers is just completely unacceptable. The good thing is that they've had a bunch of days to think about it and stew over it, hopefully they'll be ready against the Sharks tonight."
