More Than $140,000 Stolen From ATMs
CHICAGO (WBBM) -- Crimestoppers is offering a reward to anyone with information about recent ATM thefts in Chicago.
As WBBM Newsradio 780's Lisa Fielding reports, police say on several occasions in recent months, thieves have tampered with ATM computer software and changed the denomination of bills.

The incidents happened at cash machines downtown, and in the Gold Coast and Streeterville. They were in the 100 and 300 blocks of East Ohio Street, the 100 block of East Walton Street, and the 300 block of West Wacker Drive.
In all, more than $140,000 was stolen.
Police say they have photos of the suspects, but need help in identifying them.
Crimestoppers is offering a $1,000 for information leading to apprehension of the suspects.
