Missing St. Charles Woman Found At Chicago Area Hospital
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A missing St. Charles woman has been located at a Chicago area hospital, police said Thursday.
Tanner Conroyd, 20, was last seen at Millennium Park on Sunday. After media reports about her disappearance, hospital staff were able to identify her.
Kan County Sheriff's police did not say why she was at the hospital. They also did not reveal the name of the hospital, but did say no foul play was involved.
"That's the best news possible," Tanner's father, Frank, told WBBM Newsradio's Steve Miller.
Conroyd's family last saw her in Kane County on Sunday morning. She was in a 1995 white Crown Victoria.
They thought she might be headed to Illinois State University in Normal, where she has been a student, but she never showed up.
The family said they were contacted Monday night by a security guard at Millennium Park, who said she had been there on Sunday night.
Her sister Taylor said Tanner had been behaving differently for the past week - and the family was worried about her.
