Reggie Miller: Lucas, Watson Better Shooters Than Rose
(WSCR) During last night's Bulls-Heat game, TNT analyst Reggie Miller had some interesting insight on the Bulls point guard situation.
Miller, in praising backup point guards John Lucas and C.J. Watson, may have put his foot in his mouth during the broadcast when he said the two backups were better shooters than Derrick Rose.
"Lucas and C.J. Watson, to me, they're better shooters than Derrick Rose," Miller said. "Obviously, Derrick Rose is better in the open court and attacking the rim. So, this is another element that (head coach Tom) Thibodeau has at his disposal in the backups to Derrick Rose."
