Miller: 'Cutler Wasn't Mentally Into It'
By Chris Collins--
Former Bears QB and Danny Mac Show Bears analyst said today that "Jay Cutler wasn't mentally into it" in regards to the loss to Seattle. After scoring on the first drive yesterday the Bears couldn't find the endzone on offense again as Jay was sacked 6 times. Jim Miller believes that Cutler is more worried about the line play and is forcing the ball into coverage when the play isn't there.

"Jay is the Chief Executive Officer out there" and it's his responsibility to put people in the right places in regards to the line play. Jim puts the blame of the offensive struggles squarely on the shoulders of Jay Cutler. "For Jay not to know where the dump-offs are is very concerning." Jim also continues on by saying its Cutler's responsibility for not having the timeouts at the end of the 4th quarter to stop the clock and get the ball back after Hester scored his 89 yard return.
"If Jay is uncertain about the offense ….. yeah it becomes an overwhelming situation, but you pull it together again as a quarterback. You start thinking situational plays and that can put your team in a good situation and that's what Jay failed to do yesterday."
