Metra Union Pacific West trains snagged after train hits car west of Chicago
MAYWOOD, Ill. (CBS) -- Metra Union Pacific West trains were halted during the evening rush Thursday after a train hit a car in Maywood.
Both inbound and outbound trains were stopped near Maywood after train No. 41 hit a vehicle, Metra said.
The condition of the person in the car was not immediately learned.
Metra said the duration of the delay was unknown.
