Man Shot And Killed In Merrillville
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man died early Wednesday after he was shot in Merrillville, Indiana.
Charles D. Montgomery, 42, suffered multiple gunshot wounds in the 5400 block of Fillmore Street in Merrillville, according to the Lake County coroner's office.
Montgomery, who lived on the same block as the shooting, was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, the coroner's office said. His death was ruled a homicide.
