Mendenhall To Throw Out First Pitch At White Sox Game
CHICAGO (WSCR) -- Former University of Illinois, and current Pittsburgh Steelers running back Rashard Mendenhall will throw out the first pitch on Sunday's Chicago White Sox game.
In three seasons in the NFL, the Niles West-graduate has rushed for 2,439 yards and 20 touchdowns.
The first 10,000 kids 13 and under to the game against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim will receive a Gordon Beckham wall cling, presented by Radio Disney.
