Mega Millions Winning Jackpot Numbers For Two Winners
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Tuesday's near-record Mega Millions jackpot of $355 million will be split between two winners, but neither of them are in Illinois. The winning tickets were sold in Washington and Idaho and the winners will each receive $177.5 million according to the Illinois Lottery.
Tuesday night's jackpot of $355 million was the second highest jackpot in the history of the multi-state lottery. The largest Mega Millions jackpot was $390 million on March 6, 2007, according to the Illinois Lottery.

The winning numbers in Tuesday night's drawing were: 04 - 08 - 15 - 25 and 47, and the Mega Ball number was 42.
While no one in Illinois won the big jackpot, there were a handful of players throughout the state who picked up a nice prize by matching the first five numbers. Each of these four players will receive $250,000, according to the Illinois Lottery.
These winning tickets were sold at:
• The Meijer gas station at 1800 E. College Ave. in Normal,
• The Mobil station at 850 E. 63rd St. in Chicago,
• The 7-Eleven at 1390 Army Trail Rd. in Carol Stream, and
• The Meijer gas station at 735 E. Boughton Rd. in Bolingbrook.
Three of those four tickets were Quick Pick tickets.
Additionally in Illinois 13 players matched four of the first five numbers and the Mega Ball, and each of them will get $10,000.
The next Mega Millions drawing will be held on Friday night. The jackpot for that game is $12 million.
