Mega Millions Ticket Worth $250,000 Sold In Illinois
CHICAGO (STMW) - Nobody in Illinois hit the jackpot in Friday's $35 million Mega Millions interstate lottery, but a grand prize ticket was sold in Texas and a $250,000 ticket in Illinois.
The winning Mega Millions numbers for Friday were 5 – 7 – 14 – 28 – 56 and the Mega Ball number was 10, according to the Illinois Lottery website. The Megaplier number was 4.
The estimated grand prize was $35 million.
A grand prize ticket was sold in Texas, the Illinois Lottery said. A $250,000 ticket that matched all five numbers was sold in Decatur.
The estimated grand prize for Tuesday's drawing is $12 million.
