Mega Millions Rolls Over, Jackpot Nears $50M
CHICAGO (STMW) - No one matched all the numbers drawn in Friday night's Mega Millions lottery drawing and the jackpot for the game increased to nearly $50 million.
The estimated grand prize in Friday night's drawing was $40 million.
The numbers drawn Friday night were: 04 - 13 - 33 - 39 and 55, and the Mega Ball number was 03.
The closest anyone in Illinois came to the jackpot were the two people who matched four of five numbers and the Mega Ball, according to the Illinois Lottery. They will each receive $10,000.
The next Mega Millions drawing will be held Tuesday and the estimated jackpot for that drawing is $47 million.
