Marshall Unlikely To Face Charges For Nightclub Incident
(CBS) According to a report, newly-acquired wide receiver Brandon Marshall will not face legal charges from the night club incident which took place days before Marshall was traded to the Bears.
Reports indicate the New York Police Department was unable to find any evidence of wrongdoing by Marshall that backs up the calls from Christin Myles, the alleged victim.
Though Marshall appears to be in the clear legally, there is still no word on whether Marshall will receive punishment from the league.
