Man With Alzheimer's Missing On South Side
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Police are searching for a 68-year-old man who has gone missing from the Calumet Heights neighborhood on the South Side.
Roberto Avila was last seen Sunday in the area of 89th Street and Commercial Avenue, according to a Calumet Area Missing Persons Alert.
The alert said Avila suffers from Alzheimer's disease but he can identify himself.
He is described as being Hispanic, 160 pounds, 6-feet tall, with brown eyes and black hair. He was wearing a brown cowboy hat, a brown long sleeved shirt, with blue and red pinstriped and blue jeans, the alert said.
