Man Who Killed 4 In Aurora DUI Crash Arrested Again
AURORA, Ill. (CBS) -- The Aurora man notorious for a deadly car crash that killed three teens 15 years ago was arrested again Monday on domestic violence charges.
As WBBM Newsradio's Brandis Friedman reports, Randy Visor, 42, served one third of his 13-year prison sentence for the Oct. 17, 1997, drunken driving crash that killed four people.

The people killed in the crash at New York Street and Eola Road in Aurora included Waubonsie Valley High School students – Jenni Anderson, Allison Matzdorf and Jennifer Roberts, all 16 –and Visor's passenger, 27-year-old mother Ana Pryor of Aurora.
The high school girls were on their way back from homecoming preparations at the time of the crash.
Since he was released after about four years in prison, Visor has been in and out of courtrooms and jail cells for driving on a revoked license, and failing to pay restitution to the victims' families.
In 2006, Visor was sentenced to 364 days in the Kane County Jail for driving to work on a suspended license. His license was still revoked from the DUI crash.
In the latest incident, Aurora police arrested Visor on domestic violence charges, after punching a 59-year-old man last week at a home in the 100 block of North Loucks Street on the east side of Aurora, police said. Visor was arrested Monday after a warrant was issued, police said.
The arrest warrant came with a $20,000 bond.
