Man, Teen Shot In Lawndale Neighborhood
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two people were shot early Saturday while walking home from a party in the West Side Lawndale neighborhood.
They were shot about 2:54 a.m. in the 1500 block of South Keeler Avenue, police News Affairs Officer Ron Gaines said.
A 25-year-old man was shot in the thigh, and a 17-year-old boy was shot in both ankles, Gaines said. Both were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition.
No one is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
