Man Survives Gunshot To Head, In Serious Condition
CHICAGO (STMW) - A man was shot in the head Saturday afternoon in the South Side Hamilton Park neighborhood, but his injuries do not appear to be life-threatening, police said.
The 21-year-old man was shot in the head about 5:07 p.m. in the 7800 block of South Emerald Avenue, police said.
He was taken in serious condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, according to Fire Media Affairs.
Area South detectives are investigating.
