Man Stabbed To Death In Ukrainian Village
CHICAGO (CBS) - A man is dead after reportedly stabbing himself during a domestic incident early Thursday in his Ukrainian Village neighborhood apartment.
Robert Raymond, 25, of the 2200 block of West Chicago Avenue, suffered stab wounds at his home, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
Sources said Raymond allegedly stabbed himself during a fight with his wife.
Raymond was pronounced dead at 3:24 a.m. at Stroger Hospital of Cook County, according to the Medical Examiner's office.
Police responded to the apartment at 2:42 a.m., according to police News Affairs Office Ron Gaines, who said he did not know who stabbed the victim or why.
Gaines said no one was in custody as of early Thursday morning.
