Man Shot While Riding In Car In The South Loop
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A man was shot while riding in a car in the South Loop early Wednesday morning.
According to police, the 22-year-old was a passenger in a vehicle, driving in the 1100 block of South Michigan Avenue around 3:35 a.m., when a maroon colored SUV pulled up and fired shots.
The 22-year-old was shot in the wrist and taken to Northwestern Hospital in good condition.
No one is in custody.
Police said the offender yelled a gang slogan before firing shots at the victim.
