Man Shot Two Blocks Away From Police Station
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was shot three times in the back Wednesday night about three blocks away from a police station on the West Side.
The shooting happened about 11:06 p.m. in the 2900 block of West Harrison Street, said police News Affairs Officer Ronald Gaines. That's just down the street from the Chicago Police Department's Harrison District station at 3151 W. Harrison St.
The 41-year-old man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, Gaines said.
Police have made no arrests as Area North detectives investigate.
