Man Shot To Death In Car On South Side
CHICAGO (STMW) - A 46-year-old West Side man was shot to death while sitting in a car on the South Side late Friday.
The man -- identified as Terry McNeal, 46, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office -- was sitting in a parked vehicle on the 6800 block of South Justine Street about 11:05 p.m. when he was shot multiple times, police News Affairs Officer Ronald Gaines said. An unknown gunman walked up to the car and opened fire, a report from police News Affairs said.
McNeal was dead on the scene, according to the medical examiner's office.
No one was in custody as of early Saturday.
Wentworth Area detectives are investigating.
