Man Shot In Head In Greater Grand Crossing
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was shot and critically wounded Sunday afternoon in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side.
The 23-year-old man was shot in the head about 1:13 p.m. in the 7200 block of South Wentworth Avenue, police News Affairs Officer Veejay Zala said.
He was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in critical condition, Zala said.
Area South detectives are investigating.
