Man Shot In Chest In Chicago Lawn
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was shot in the chest early Sunday in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side.
The man sustained gunshot wounds to the chest about 5:15 a.m. in the 5900 block of South Washtenaw Avenue, police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer said.
He was transported in undetermined condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Greer said.
Wentworth Area detectives are investigating.
No one is in custody and no further details were available Sunday morning.
