Man Plunges To Death From River North High-Rise
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man plunged to his death from the 10th floor of the luxury condo tower at 30 E. Huron St.
Around 7:05 a.m. Thursday, the man plunged from the 10th floor of the 56-story building, and landed in an alley.
The 57-year-old man, a resident of the building, was pronounced dead on the scene at 8:50 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office. His name was being withheld pending notification of family.
It was not clear whether the man fell or jumped.
Area Central detectives are conducting a death investigation.
