Man Killed In SW Suburban Motorcycle Crash
WILLOW SPRINGS, Ill. (STMW) -- A 35-year-old man died Saturday from injuries suffered during a motorcycle crash in southwest suburban Willow Springs, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
Richard Grodz, of nearby Bridgeview, died from his injuries at Adventists La Grange Memorial Hospital in La Grange at 1:53 p.m., according to the medical examiner's office.
Grodz, of the 7900 block of West 80th Place, crashed near Archer Avenue and Willow Springs Road sometime Saturday, according to the medical examiner's office.
Further details were not available.
Willow Springs police, who are believed to be investigating the crash, could not immediately be reached for comment Saturday evening.
