Man Killed In Englewood Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man died after being shot in the head early Friday in the Englewood neighborhood.
The shooting happened about 12:51 a.m. near 66th Street and Ashland Avenue, said police News Affairs Officer Ronald Gaines.
The unidentified man in his 20s was pronounced dead on the scene, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
A second man was taken in good condition to John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County with a gunshot wound to the stomach, Gaines said.
Police have made no arrests as Area South detectives investigate.
