Man In Critical After Shot While Walking Dog
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was shot and critically injured while walking his dog early Sunday in the Southwest Side Brighton Park neighborhood.
The man told police was walking the pet about 2:40 a.m. in the 4300 block of South Homan Avenue when he was shot, according to police News Affairs.
The 35-year-old man was shot in the chest and buttocks, police said. He was taken in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital.
No one was in custody Sunday morning.
Area Central detectives are investigating.
