Man Found Swigging Brandy With Pants Down In Restroom
NILES, Ill. (CBS) -- The restroom is the one location in a mall where it is appropriate to have your pants down – but not out in the open, and not while drinking a bottle of brandy.
But such was the state in which police found Eric Wojciechowski last week at the Golf Mill Shopping Center in Niles.
Wojciechowski, of the 1300 block of South Washington Avenue in Park Ridge, was charged with disorderly conduct after he was caught standing around in the restroom with his pants down as he swigged the brandy.
According to police, as officers attempted to get information from Wojciechowski, his pants fell down three more times.
Wojciechowksi is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday of next week.
