Man Fatally Shot In Suburban Home
BLUE ISLAND, Ill. (STMW) - A Blue Island man died late Friday after he was shot in his south suburban home.
Donovan Stephens, 23, was fatally shot at his home in the 2500 block of Collins St. in Blue Island, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.He was pronounced dead at 11:34 p.m. Friday at MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island.
An autopsy to determine the cause and manner of his death is scheduled for later Saturday.
Blue Island police and fire officials could not immediately be reached for comment.
