Man Dead After Englewood Shooting
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A 55-year-old man is dead after being shot Saturday night in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.
At 10:41 p.m., a man was shot in the face and under the arm in the 6200 block of South Laflin Street, according to police News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli.
He was taken in critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Mirabelli said.
The victim-- identified as Kent Richardson, 55, of 1520 W. 77th St. -- was pronounced dead at Christ at 4:03 a.m. Sunday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
